Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. When he was 13 years old, he emigrated along with his parents to Casper in the western region of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the local district of soil conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
